We want you to feel good about your $10. Here's our policy in plain language.

Full refund

  • · Your full audit failed to generate or arrived empty / broken.
  • · You were charged twice for the same audit.
  • · You requested it within 7 days of purchase and the audit content was visibly low-quality (boilerplate, off-topic, or unrelated to your profile).

Not eligible

  • · You disagree with the feedback. The audit is honest by design — that doesn't make it wrong.
  • · More than 30 days have passed since purchase.

How to request

Email hi@canarybird.app with the email address you used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds the same day.
